Daily study note for day 10 of the 150-day computer science curriculum.
Overview
Gave final exam of Calculus 18.01. It took me 10 days to finish this one semester course. I am very happy with the scores that I have got for all the exams thus far. And especially for the final exam, where I scored 179/200. I started with calculus II. This course is not as fundamental as calculus I. Here I had to learn some basics of vector addtion, multiplication, transformation, determinants etc to grasp the topics. This is all the prior knowledge that would be taught in Junior and Senior year. I had not heard of any of these terms because I was biology student during those years. Thanksfully, 3blue1brown has an amazing series “Essence of linear algebra” to catch up with these concepts fairly quickly.
What I did today?
Studied 4 Lectures, finished assignments and gave final exam of Calculus 18.01

- Convergent and Divergent integrals
- Taylor Series
Studied 2 Lectures and learned fundamentals of Calculus 18.02 - Vectors & Dot Product
- Determinants & Cross Product
